“Bitte nehmen Sie unsere Forschungsstudie zur Alzheimer-Krankheit zur Kenntnis.” Our challenge was to say “Please take note of our Alzheimer’s research study,” and make it work with people around the world. We created a recruitment kit for US sites, then adapted materials for over 30 countries. Materials were customized for each locale and culture. Some countries used compliance tools like visit schedule cards and appointment reminder cards. Others used recruitment tools like posters, print ads, radio and a web site. Working with the global study manager, we saved time and provided relevant messaging and consistent recruitment materials.
